Laser and Plasma Cutting
Our laser cutting machines offer several advantages including high repeatability, guaranteed part reproduction, and a narrow kerf. The non-contact cutting method also enables us to fabricate parts with minimal distortion and consistent, burr-free cuts, thereby reducing the need for subsequent finishing operations. Our laser cutters can process metal sheets up to 30mm in size. As there is no tooling required, these laser cutting services are economical and delay-free options for customers.
We have CO2 gas laser machines and a full line of fabrication equipment to handle all types of jobs, from prototyping to long production runs. CAD system integration enables us to flexibly fabricate laser cut parts from customer-provided blueprints, CAD files, drawings, or even sample pieces in short lead times. We use CAD/CAM design programs to cut parts from materials such as Iron, aluminum, stainless steel, Copper and mild steel.
Plasma Cutting
Our CNC plasma cutter uses numerical coordinates and an electric arc through gas pushed through a constricted opening. This allows us to cut up to half an inch steel plate. Utilizing the coordinate allows us to cut shapes easily and helps us service our commercial customers quickly. We use the material like Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized, Zinc.
